Loan Terms

Fig Loans offers personal loans from $500 to $5,000. Loan approval, amounts, rates, and terms depend on your creditworthiness, income, and state of residence. APR ranges from 35.99% to 199.00%. All loan terms will be clearly disclosed before you accept any loan offer. By accepting a loan, you agree to repay the principal plus interest according to the payment schedule provided.

Credit Reporting

We report loan activity to major credit bureaus including Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. On-time payments may help build your credit, while late or missed payments may negatively impact your credit score.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application, to notify us of any changes to your contact information or banking details, to make payments as scheduled, and not to use our services for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Fig Loans and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Limitation of Liability

Fig Loans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where your loan is originated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
